How we make a difference...

 

 

When we started this journey we knew that we wanted to make a difference in more ways than just one so we decided to plant trees as part of our business model. The aim being to give back more than we take. 

There are so many reasons to protect our woodlands and forests. Trees are a huge part of a healthy world, they help to clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the worlds terrestrial biodiversity. Healthy, strong trees act as carbon sinks, offsetting carbon and reducing the effects of climate change.

Also, did you know that 25% of medicines have key ingredients which originate from trees?

 

We choose to work with 'One Tree Planted' which is a not-for-profit organisation who works tirelessly on global reforestation and helping to support key habitats all over the world.

In 2020 alone they managed to plant 15,000,000 trees!! 

Whilst we can't take credit for them all ;) we are extremely proud to have had had a part in the scheme. Thank you to every person who ordered from us or chose to plant a tree with your order.
